There are alone 73 talents from the commercial, industrial and technical sectors who began their training at the locations in the Deggendorf and Burghausen area. There also two new trainees at STREICHER Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG at the location of Freiberg and one new apprentice at our subsidiary UIC GmbH in Alzenau-Hörstein. For the total of nine trainees at our subsidiary Tief- und Ingenieurbau Jena GmbH & Co. KG the training has already started on 1st of August 2025.
On their first day, the young talents were welcomed at an introductory event at the headquarters in Deggendorf. The introductory event makes it easier for the young employees to get started by providing information about the company and training at STREICHER. Safety instructions rounded off the first part of the event at the headquarters in Deggendorf. The day was then concluded off with a group shooting at the Deggenau site.
During the second week of training, the young talents then spent two nights in Furth im Wald, where our introductory days were held again this year. These included presentations about the most important information about training at STREICHER. In addition, various team-building activities and a trainee-trip to Drachensee lake were also on the agenda.
