Not only apprentices in the industrial sector but also young academics, especially with a degree in engineering. As they are also very demanded by competitor companies, STREICHER tries to get in touch with potential applicants early. For many years already, STREICHER offers students the possibillity for an internship or an employment as a student trainee.
Since 2009 STREICHER provides the "dual course of studies" so that young people can gather work experience from the beginning: During semester breaks they work in the company and get paid for the whole period of the dual course of studies.
