At 2nd of September 2019 58 new trainees started their apprenticeship at MAX STREICHER GmbH & Co. KG aA and its subsidiaries STREICHER Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, ZIERER Karussell- und Spezialmaschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG and VTA Verfahrenstechnische Anlagen GmbH & Co. KG. Within the whole company group 80 apprentices started their new period of life on that day.
At the beginning an introductory event with a lot of information on the company and the apprenticeship at STREICHER took place. Moreover, the programme included safety instructions, followed by a photo and video shooting with all apprentices as well as the different profession groups. Besides the local TV station NiederbayernTV was on site to get some impressions of the first day of apprenticeship.
Not only the amount of training positions but also the variety of training possibilities for young people at STREICHER has been extended. At present the STREICHER Group provides training in more than 35 different professions.
