On three days in December, pupils of various secondary schools from the Deggendorf region visited STREICHER and had the opportunity to gain a general insight into the STREICHER Group as well as to find out about training occupations. The girls and boys of the 7th grade also got a safety briefing before they were allowed to take a closer look at several departments / areas at the Deggenau site. The program included: Drilling technology, ZIERER, electrical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, steel construction, training workshop and the Kolb design studio.
It was not just a matter of listening, but also participating / trying out – especially in the training workshop – altogether so many ways of orientation for the future career path.
